Melissa Tavecchio 

Head of Anti Financial Crime (AFC) of the Generali CEE 

Melissa Tavecchio is the Head of Anti Financial Crime (AFC) of the Generali CEE Region, directly reporting to the Group Chief AFC Officer of Assicurazioni Generali Group (Michele Valeriani) and to the BoD of Generali CEE Holding B.V. in Prague, from where she steers and coordinates the implementation of the AFC agenda within the 10 Countries belonging to Generali CEE Region.

Prior to the above, Melissa was leading the AFC Quality Assurance Team at Assicurazioni Generali Group level, after maturing several years of experience in equivalent roles in UniCredit and PwC, where she started her career in 2016.

Following her BA from Universita` Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (minor in International Relations), she graduated from the University College of London in MSc Management and continued her upskilling path by getting both CAMS and CGSS certified (by ACAMS).
