Josef Donát is a leading expert in ICT law and heads the ICT Law practice at ROWAN LEGAL. He is also a recipient of the prestigious "Lawyer of the Year" award in this field and serves as an arbitrator and registered mediator.

In his practice, he focuses on the legal aspects of digitalisation, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and information systems. He was involved in the creation of BankID, the most significant electronic identification system in the Czech Republic, and has contributed to strategic projects such as the Škoda Auto gigafactory and the transformation of Czech Post.
